"This is a significant breakout for AAVE," said Krisztian Sandor, an analyst at CD Analytics. "The fact that it's breaking through key resistance levels suggests that institutional buying is driving the market."
According to Sandor, the strong momentum in AAVE's price can be attributed to the growing demand for decentralized finance (DeFi) services. The DeFi market has been expanding rapidly, with total assets under management reaching a record $219 billion. This growth has led to increased adoption of DeFi protocols like Aave, which offers lending and borrowing services on its platform.
