Jihad Al-Shamie, the man responsible for a terror attack at a Manchester synagogue on Yom Kippur, can be seen walking away from the scene minutes before the incident. Two people died in the attack.
The footage, obtained by the BBC, shows a man matching witness descriptions leaving the area after being told to leave. The black Kia Picanto driven by Al-Shamie is also visible in the video, with its back right hub cap missing.
The attack occurred at 09:31 BST on Thursday at Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue. Two Jewish men, Melvin Cravitz and Adrian Daulby, were killed in the incident.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) described the attack as a terror incident. The police were called to the scene after receiving reports of a car being driven into worshippers.
