"We saw a lot of people who were initially hesitant to get vaccinated, but as they saw their friends and family members getting vaccinated and staying healthy, they began to feel more comfortable," said a health worker in a low-income country. According to the WHO, the initiative has helped to deliver over 2 billion vaccine doses to more than 150 countries.
