Breaking News: Two Arrested in Shocking Heathrow Airport Pepper Spray Attack
Two men, Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, have been charged in connection with a suitcase robbery at London's Heathrow Airport. The incident occurred on Sunday at the Terminal 3 multi-storey car park.
A three-year-old girl and four others were injured after what is believed to be pepper spray was used during the attack. Five people were taken to hospital for treatment and were later discharged.
The robbery happened when two women were targeted after getting out of a car park lift. The suspects allegedly used pepper spray, causing the injuries.
The Metropolitan Police have also arrested a 23-year-old woman on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. She has been released on bail pending further investigation.
Tyrone Richards, of no fixed address, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, of Mantlet Close, Streatham, are due to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on Tuesday to face charges of robbery and administering a noxious substance.
The incident resulted in the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.
