Joshua's Driver Faces Manslaughter Rap in Deadly Nigeria Crash

Anthony Joshua's driver, Adeniyi Mobolaji Kayode, 46, was charged in Sagamu Magistrates' Court on Friday with causing death by dangerous driving following a car crash in Ogun state, Nigeria, that killed two members of the former heavyweight champion's team. The crash, which also involved Joshua sustaining minor injuries, claimed the lives of Joshua's personal trainer, Latif Ayodele, and strength coach, Sina Ghami, on Monday.

According to police sources speaking to the BBC, Kayode faces charges related to the fatal incident. Quantum Geometry Drives New Chiral Electron Valve

Researchers have created a novel chiral fermionic valve that separates electrons based on their chirality using the quantum geometry of topological bands, eliminating the need for magnetic fields. This innovative device, made from single-crystal PdGa, spatially separates chiral currents with opposite anomalous velocities, demonstrating quantum interference and opening new possibilities for advanced electronic devices.

Science Confirms: Exercise Boosts Metabolism, Doesn't Backfire

A recent study from Virginia Tech dispels the myth that the body compensates for increased physical activity by reducing energy expenditure elsewhere. Research published in PNAS demonstrates that exercise directly increases total daily calorie burn without triggering metabolic slowdown, confirming the additive benefits of movement. This finding has significant implications for understanding the true impact of exercise on overall energy balance and health.
