The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) executed a search warrant at the Fulton County Elections Hub and Operations Center in Georgia on Wednesday, seeking records related to the 2020 election, according to a county spokesperson. The FBI confirmed the court-authorized activity at the facility, which occurred on January 28, 2026, as reported by ABC News.
The search warrant comes after repeated claims by former President Donald Trump alleging voter fraud in the 2020 election, particularly in Georgia.

Jay Inslee faced criticism for demanding that Congress include a provision in the upcoming spending bill to ban ICE agents from congregating near polls on Election Day. According to Fox News, critics argued that Inslee's demand implied that Democrats believe illegal immigrants are voting. Inslee, a former Democratic presidential candidate, called the ban a "must have" and said it was the "last chance to do this."
