Fury Announces Comeback Fight Against Makhmudov
Tyson Fury, the 37-year-old heavyweight boxer, announced his return to the ring with a comeback fight against Arslanbek Makhmudov, scheduled for April 11 in the UK, according to Sky News. The fight will be screened on Netflix.
Fury, who retired a year ago following successive defeats to Oleksandr Usyk, plans to fight three times this year and has been training in Thailand in preparation for his return, Sky News reported. This marks Fury's first contest since his retirement announcement.
In other news, Turkish authorities detained six individuals suspected of spying for Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Euronews reported.
