Washington - The FBI arrested Zubayr al-Bakoush, a key participant in the 2012 Benghazi attack that resulted in the deaths of four Americans, according to Attorney General Pam Bondi. Al-Bakoush was transferred to the U.S. overnight and will face charges including terrorism, arson, and murder. The announcement was made alongside FBI Director Kash Patel and U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro.
The arrest was made possible through collaboration between the State Department, CIA, and the FBI, Bondi stated. The news comes as other investigations are also making headlines.

An observation log noted a possible inmate being escorted to the tier. The FBI and the Department of Justice's Office of Inspector General reached disparate conclusions after reviewing the video.
