
Mozambique to Renegotiate Debt After Securing IMF Deal
President Chapo of Mozambique has announced that the country will pursue debt renegotiation with creditors following the establishment of a new economic program with the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The potential IMF agreement aims to stabilize Mozambique's economy, reduce dependence on natural resources, and encourage investor confidence, with a possible deal emerging after an IMF mission in March.
