Young Entrepreneurs Find Advantage in AI Readiness
London - Arnau Ayerbe and Pablo Jiménez de Parga Ramos, two young entrepreneurs, left secure corporate jobs to found their own company, Throxy, in London in 2023. Both Ayerbe and Jiménez de Parga Ramos felt uninspired by the prospect of remaining in their corporate roles.
Ayerbe, who graduated from the University of Bath in 2024, secured a position as an AI engineer with JP Morgan. However, he soon realized the corporate environment was not for him. "I realised very quickly that the person to my right and to my left were going to be me in 20 years, and I didn't want to become that," Ayerbe said. Jiménez de Parga Ramos, Ayerbe's best friend from high school in Madrid, had a similar experience after graduating from University College London and securing a corporate job.
The two friends joined forces in London to start Throxy.
