According to CBS News, Warner Bros. Discovery stated it would engage with Paramount Skydance to discuss its $30 per share bid and clarify terms of the deal. A "senior representative" for Paramount Skydance had also informed a member of Warner's board of directors that it would raise its bid to $31 per share and potentially enhance its offer further. ABC News reported that the Geneva talks on Ukraine would involve American, Ukrainian, and Russian representatives in a trilateral format, marking the third round of negotiations following previous discussions in the United Arab Emirates.
