Scenarios MAY 2026
Coherent futures, computationally falsifiable.
A scenario decomposes a long-horizon thesis into binary and continuous components, then maps coherent pathways through the state space. Each pathway is a falsifiable mini-world, not a narrative but a bound causal system with precise variable assignments.
Pathways
Pathways specify only load-bearing component values. Unspecified components are model-determined during polling. The rightmost column shows the live 4-model consensus median and cross-model spread. For binary components, the percentage shows model agreement on YES. Green indicates alignment with the pathway assumption; red indicates tension. Fragility indicates sensitivity to single-variable flips. Pathways surface how component assumptions interact across domains, revealing where a scenario is robust, fragile, or internally contested.
